ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Do you feel like you are holding onto a lot? The mental load, the pressure to keep it together, the feeling of being stuck even when you’re doing “everything right.” Maybe you’re navigating a change in life or trying to untangle patterns in a relationship. Maybe you’re trying to make sense of intense emotions that can feel unmanageable.

Life is a lot like playing cards. Everyone gets dealt a different hand, and we never know what we are going to get. Yet somehow, we are expected to do the most with the hand we are given, even if it’s not the one we wanted. Some of the most powerful moments I’ve witnessed in therapy are when someone begins to connect the dots, like understanding how their experiences shaped them, and realizes they can make different choices moving forward. My role is to help you get there.

As a therapist, I blend intuition with practical tools, helping you not only understand yourself more deeply, but also take meaningful steps toward change. And while the work we do is important, it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. There’s room for laughter and lightness, and for being human in the process.

My background includes community health, residential settings, and inpatient and outpatient therapy. I’ve worked alongside survivors of intimate partner violence and human trafficking. I’m mindful of the different layers people carry, including culture, identity, and the barriers that aren’t always visible.

Together, we will focus on understanding your emotions without judgment, learning to trust yourself, and helping you move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional. If you’re here, something in you is already ready for change.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “I know I need to talk to someone… but I just don’t know where to start”? Maybe you’ve been carrying so much for so long that you’ve learned to hide it well, but deep down, you’re exhausted. You want to feel better, to stop hurting, to stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not. You just want some peace.

If that’s you, I get it. Reaching out for help is one of the hardest and bravest things you can do.

You might be looking for a therapist you can actually connect with, who feels real, listens without judgment, and can hold space for your pain while helping you find clarity, comfort, and a way forward. You might want someone who can both challenge and cheer you on — someone who can help you make sense of the hard stuff, find motivation to change, and start feeling lighter without guilt or shame.

That’s the kind of space I strive to create.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and veterans who are facing trauma, PTSD, addiction, relationship struggles, chronic health issues, and those deep feelings of self-doubt and not being “enough.” As a military spouse and mom of three, I understand what it’s like to juggle many roles while trying to hold everything together. I bring both compassion and real-life perspective to my sessions, helping you build self-understanding, confidence, and lasting emotional tools.

Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to be perfect — you just have to show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.

If you’re looking for a therapist you can truly connect with, I want you to know: there’s still hope. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you start your journey toward healing and feeling better.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Do you feel disconnected from yourself, misunderstood, or weighed down by past experiences? You may be trying to keep things together while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. No one is born knowing how to navigate life’s big (or small) challenges, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In working with me, clients feel seen as a whole person, rather than defined by a diagnosis or a single chapter of their life. I help my clients slow things down, untangle what they’re feeling, and reconnect with themselves, while offering practical tools to make sense of their experiences and build helpful skills. As a therapist, I am genuine, approachable, and value humor as a form of medicine.

Through my years of experience holding space for heavy emotions, I most enjoy supporting clients as they navigate issues with identity, boundaries, grief, and relationship patterns. My background in Mobile Crisis Response has taught me to listen closely to what people are saying and what may be harder to name, and to help others think through options that feel both emotionally right and realistically doable.

We all share a core desire to feel safe, supported, and able to live a healthy, meaningful life. If you’re ready to take an active role in your healing, I’d love to support you.

Calling all Over Thinkers! You’re a thoughtful, self-aware adult, trying hard to keep things together. But under the surface, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted. You replay conversations, spiral about future “what ifs,” and carry the weight of others’ expectations while sidelining your own needs. You might feel stuck in repetitive relationship dynamics or find yourself struggling with trauma or addiction (your own or a loved one’s). You suspect that past experiences might be driving these patterns, and you’re ready to understand and change them.

I help clients understand the “why” behind the anxiety, overthinking, and old patterns, not just manage the symptoms. We’ll explore their origins, how they’ve been trying to protect you, and how to build new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and to others.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and surprisingly at ease early on in therapy. They describe gaining tools that actually work—ones that help them think and feel differently, not just cope. Over time, they start expressing themselves authentically, letting go of constant self-monitoring, and building relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or stiff! My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, sometimes humorous (maybe even a bit irreverent!) and always focused on helping you feel more at home in your own mind and body. Why continue to exist in survival mode when you can experience your life with more confidence, clarity, and intention? If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more empowered, and more like YOU, reach out today and let’s get started!

ACCEPTING NEW INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS ONLY

Life is full of uncertainty and suffering. We numb our pain, keep ourselves distracted and busy, we throw ourselves in various projects and work, but at the end of the day, we feel more isolated and disconnected not only from others, but also from ourselves. Escaping and numbing our thoughts and feelings is never the answer as it only causes more suffering in the long run, more stress and more isolation as the negative consequences start catching up to us.

I specialize in relationship issues, domestic abuse, conscious parenting and anger management. I work from a culturally diverse, trauma-informed, perspective and believe in offering an empathetic and non-judgemental space to my clients. I also recognize that one approach does not fit all, and am sensitive to the unique perspectives we all have based on the societal, cultural, generational, and personal patterns that have shaped us.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

There comes a point when we become exhausted from surviving the same patterns over and over again. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, anger, or a life that no longer feels like it fits. But underneath it all, you know something deeper needs to change. You may not fully understand why you keep ending up in the same painful places, but you’re ready to better understand yourself and to walk through life with less fear.

Much of my work focuses on helping people understand the ways they learned to survive difficult experiences earlier in life. The coping strategies that once protected us- whether that’s perfectionism, emotional withdrawal, addiction, anger, or self-criticism- often become the very things that keep us stuck. I help my clients move beyond anger and defensiveness, and to reclaim parts of themselves that have been lost to people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and the pursuit of others’ approval. Some of the most powerful healing I’ve witnessed has happened when people learn to meet the wounded parts of themselves with compassion rather than criticism.

Professionally, I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. My background in inpatient rehabilitation allowed me to witness firsthand how meaningful change happens when we move beyond symptom management and address the root causes of suffering.

I believe meaningful healing happens within safe, authentic relationships. All we need is one person we feel safe with to really start rebuilding. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as we work together toward lasting change.

You may be telling yourself you “should be over this by now”, but something still feels tender, heavy, or quietly disruptive. Many people come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or off-balance, only to realize that what they’re experiencing is grief. Not just grief after a death, but grief tied to life transitions, changing identities, endings that weren’t chosen, or even milestones that were supposed to feel happy. I don’t believe in “moving on” or “getting over it.” I help clients understand how loss or change has shaped them, and how to move forward in a way that feels integrated, intentional, and true to who they are becoming.

I bring experience across community behavioral health, private practice, and hospice social work, where I support people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insight-oriented people who want to understand why they feel the way they do, not just manage symptoms.

Growth happens in relationships: when you feel safe enough to explore, question, and even make mistakes. If you’re wondering whether what you’re experiencing might be grief, you don’t have to figure that out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you make sense of this chapter and shape what comes next.
