Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “I know I need to talk to someone… but I just don’t know where to start”? Maybe you’ve been carrying so much for so long that you’ve learned to hide it well, but deep down, you’re exhausted. You want to feel better, to stop hurting, to stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not. You just want some peace.

If that’s you, I get it. Reaching out for help is one of the hardest and bravest things you can do.

You might be looking for a therapist you can actually connect with, who feels real, listens without judgment, and can hold space for your pain while helping you find clarity, comfort, and a way forward. You might want someone who can both challenge and cheer you on — someone who can help you make sense of the hard stuff, find motivation to change, and start feeling lighter without guilt or shame.

That’s the kind of space I strive to create.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and veterans who are facing trauma, PTSD, addiction, relationship struggles, chronic health issues, and those deep feelings of self-doubt and not being “enough.” As a military spouse and mom of three, I understand what it’s like to juggle many roles while trying to hold everything together. I bring both compassion and real-life perspective to my sessions, helping you build self-understanding, confidence, and lasting emotional tools.

Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to be perfect — you just have to show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.

If you’re looking for a therapist you can truly connect with, I want you to know: there’s still hope. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you start your journey toward healing and feeling better.

I provide therapy to individuals who may be adjusting to everyday life changes. These changes can often include increased anxiety and depression, supporting LGBTQ+ children, conflict resolution, queer identity, a relationship ending, isolation, feeling lost or hopeless, and increased stress. Life transitional phases at times include a huge loss of self. I found that these issues and feelings, if left unaddressed, can make you feel like you are in a downward spiral into the unknown. Life can at times feel like a rollercoaster. It is okay not to feel okay! What we think and feel can often show up through our behaviors in our relationships and everyday engagements.

An essential part of therapy is to find someone you can build a solid foundation of trust with. This may look like someone that you share like identities with, someone whose message speaks to you, or simply someone whose experience aligns with the services you are seeking. I offer a safe place free of judgement where you can unload and unpack to assist you on your journey. Let’s process your thoughts and emotions together! During each session we can work together to explore and identify the change you are going through.

I truly enjoy assisting each of my clients with their transformation and providing them with the tools and coping mechanisms to be the best version of themselves. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy.

My focus includes: Adult Therapy |Support for LGBTQ+ parents | Teen Therapy | Anxiety and Depression | Queer Identity | Racial Identity | Relationship Issues | LGBTQ+ Family Dynamics | Adjustment Issues| Life transitions |

If you are hesitant about starting therapy, I completely understand. My goal is to support you while on your journey. There is no one answer or solution to the things we go through or feel. It doesn’t matter if you’re seeking therapy for past, present or the anticipation of future challenges. Contact me today to schedule an immediate free consultation!

Do you feel disconnected from yourself, misunderstood, or weighed down by past experiences? You may be trying to keep things together while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. No one is born knowing how to navigate life’s big (or small) challenges, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In working with me, clients feel seen as a whole person, rather than defined by a diagnosis or a single chapter of their life. I help my clients slow things down, untangle what they’re feeling, and reconnect with themselves, while offering practical tools to make sense of their experiences and build helpful skills. As a therapist, I am genuine, approachable, and value humor as a form of medicine.

Through my years of experience holding space for heavy emotions, I most enjoy supporting clients as they navigate issues with identity, boundaries, grief, and relationship patterns. My background in Mobile Crisis Response has taught me to listen closely to what people are saying and what may be harder to name, and to help others think through options that feel both emotionally right and realistically doable.

We all share a core desire to feel safe, supported, and able to live a healthy, meaningful life. If you’re ready to take an active role in your healing, I’d love to support you.

Jennifer is a Master of Social Work (MSW) Intern, who works with self-pay clients looking for affordable therapy rates.

Do you feel unheard, stuck, or overwhelmed? Therapy can be a place where that changes. I believe therapy is about listening deeply to gain clarity and create meaningful change together.

Growing up in Nigeria, mental health was rarely discussed openly, and struggle was often met with silence or shame. That experience shaped my commitment to creating a space where there’s no embarrassment in being human and where honesty is welcomed. Working with me, clients often think, “She’s real. She’ll tell me the truth with care and respect.”

I approach my work with each client holistically to understand the full picture of their life and cultural context. I love to listen to someone’s whole story. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to be honest with themselves, even if they don’t have everything figured out. I am currently working on a Masters in Social Work, and I’ve spent the past 1.5 years supporting individuals in clinical and institutional settings.

You don’t have to wait to make real changes in your life. If you’re looking for someone authentic, who will listen deeply and walk alongside you in the work, I invite you to reach out.

Calling all Over Thinkers! You’re a thoughtful, self-aware adult, trying hard to keep things together. But under the surface, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted. You replay conversations, spiral about future “what ifs,” and carry the weight of others’ expectations while sidelining your own needs. You might feel stuck in repetitive relationship dynamics or find yourself struggling with trauma or addiction (your own or a loved one’s). You suspect that past experiences might be driving these patterns, and you’re ready to understand and change them.

I help clients understand the “why” behind the anxiety, overthinking, and old patterns, not just manage the symptoms. We’ll explore their origins, how they’ve been trying to protect you, and how to build new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and to others.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and surprisingly at ease early on in therapy. They describe gaining tools that actually work—ones that help them think and feel differently, not just cope. Over time, they start expressing themselves authentically, letting go of constant self-monitoring, and building relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or stiff! My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, sometimes humorous (maybe even a bit irreverent!) and always focused on helping you feel more at home in your own mind and body. Why continue to exist in survival mode when you can experience your life with more confidence, clarity, and intention? If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more empowered, and more like YOU, reach out today and let’s get started!

So many of us spend our days trying to keep it all together. We manage stress, relationships, and expectations — all while wondering if we’re doing enough. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and reconnect with yourself.

I believe we all hold the answers we’re looking for, sometimes, we just need the right space and support to uncover them. As a therapist, my role is to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and confidence through open, honest, and curious conversations. Together, and in a space that feels warm, safe, and authentic, we’ll explore the full range of your experiences – the highs, lows, confusion, growth, and everything in between.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I help teens and adults navigate challenges like anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles, low motivation, ADHD management, and the stress of trying to “have it all together.” Our work will focus on identifying what’s getting in the way of the life you want and developing tools and insight to move you toward it.

Therapy is just one part of your week, so I’ll also help you build practical coping skills and strategies you can use in everyday life. While I draw from several evidence-based modalities, the foundation of my work is genuine connection, meeting you with warmth, curiosity, and understanding as you grow into yourself.

My focus includes: Adult Therapy | Relationship Issues | Couples Therapy | Anxiety and Depression | ADHD management| Low Self-Esteem and Body Image | Stress | Finding Purpose and Meaning | Adjustment Issues| Life transitions |

Life is full of uncertainty and suffering. We numb our pain, keep ourselves distracted and busy, we throw ourselves in various projects and work, but at the end of the day, we feel more isolated and disconnected not only from others, but also from ourselves. Escaping and numbing our thoughts and feelings is never the answer as it only causes more suffering in the long run, more stress and more isolation as the negative consequences start catching up to us.

I specialize in relationship issues, domestic abuse, conscious parenting and anger management. I work from a culturally diverse, trauma-informed, perspective and believe in offering an empathetic and non-judgemental space to my clients. I also recognize that one approach does not fit all, and am sensitive to the unique perspectives we all have based on the societal, cultural, generational, and personal patterns that have shaped us.

Additionally I often utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Theory.

You may be telling yourself you “should be over this by now”, but something still feels tender, heavy, or quietly disruptive. Many people come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or off-balance, only to realize that what they’re experiencing is grief. Not just grief after a death, but grief tied to life transitions, changing identities, endings that weren’t chosen, or even milestones that were supposed to feel happy. I don’t believe in “moving on” or “getting over it.” I help clients understand how loss or change has shaped them, and how to move forward in a way that feels integrated, intentional, and true to who they are becoming.

I bring experience across community behavioral health, private practice, and hospice social work, where I support people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insight-oriented people who want to understand why they feel the way they do, not just manage symptoms.

Growth happens in relationships: when you feel safe enough to explore, question, and even make mistakes. If you’re wondering whether what you’re experiencing might be grief, you don’t have to figure that out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you make sense of this chapter and shape what comes next.
